Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; providing that the officers and directors of insolvent corporations shall be jointly and severally liable to all persons, firms, and corporations for any indebtedness incurred after such corporation becomes insolvent, and the value of any property, labor or services received or converted by it after insolvency.
