Relating to permitting and authorizing Joe H. Jones of Eastland, Texas, to bring and prosecute a suit against the State of Texas for recovering of fees paid into the State Treasury, or to file a cross action against the State in any suit that the State may hereafter institute against him and involving the fees of office of the district and county attorney during the period of time said Joe H. Jones was District and County Attorney of Eastland County.
