Relating to appropriating the sum of $1,127.10 to pay the balance due by the State of Texas as its share of court costs in the case of the State of New Mexico vs. The State of Texas, Number 2, Original, October Term, 1930, Supreme Court of the United States, being a suit locating and marking upon the ground the boundary line between the State of Texas and the State of New Mexico.
