Relating to giving to Mrs. Lillian Hargraves, for herself and as next friend of Orin Hargraves, Edith Hargraves and Ed Harold Hargraves, minors, of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, consent of the Legislature to file and prosecute suit against the State of Texas and/or the State Highway Commission in a court of competent jurisdiction in order to determine what compensation, she and the surviving children of the said Lillian Hargraves and O. K. Hargraves are to receive by reason of the death of the said O. K. Hargraves, received while an employee of the State Highway Commission.
