SB 417, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute with respect to the powers and duties of the Insurance Commission so as to require, in the approval, promulgation and/or fixing of rates for insurance in this State where, such authority or power is extended to the Commission, that said commission shall give consideration to the experience on the class of coverage and class of risks over a period of at least five years.
