Relating to withdrawing from sale or lease for minerals or otherwise all lands owned by the State of Texas situated in the bed of, and between the cut banks of the Nueces River between the lower boundary of La Fruta Dam, now being reconstructed by the City of Corpus Christi, and the junction of the Nueces River with the eastern boundary line of McMullen County.
