HB 61, 44th 1st C.S.
Relating to amending a certain Section of the Acts of the 42nd Legislature; providing in all cases where defendant is convicted of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotics, the jury or the court at the same time shall add to the verdict the length of time that the defendant shall be prohibited from driving any motor vehicle on the highways of the state, and such time shall be not less than one year nor more than three years.
