Relating to empowering the Courts of the State of Texas having original jurisdiction of criminal actions to suspend the imposition or execution of sentence and to place defendants on probation under certain conditions; specifying conditions of probation which, among others, may be imposed; excepting the offense of murder from the provisions of this Act.
