Relating to making an appropriation of Seventy-Five Thousand ($75,000) Dollars or so much thereof as may be necessary to be used by the State Reclamation Department for the making of topographic and hydrographic surveys, assembling necessary data, and defraying the expenses of publication of maps, reports, and data gathered and assembled by the aforesaid topographic and hydrographic surveys for the public use of certain areas and lands within the State where the reclaiming and drainage of said areas and lands is being delayed and prevented because of the lack of such maps, reports and data.
