Relating to raising revenue for the purpose of helping to compensate the old age pension and to regulate the manufacture, sale, transportation, barter and exchange of intoxicating liquors with reference thereto, and providing for the collection of revenue received therefrom for the purpose of helping to defray the expenses incurred in the payment of old age pensions and providing the penalties for violation of the provisions of this Act.
