Relating to amending a certain Section of the General Laws of the 43rd Legislature; manufacture and sale of beer in Texas so as to make it unlawful for any manufacturer or distributor of beer, directly or indirectly or through a subsidiary or affiliate, an agent or any employee, or by any officer, director of firm member, to own any interest in premises or the license upon or under which beer is sold for consumption on the premises.
