Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; providing that all funds coming into the hands of the State Highway Commission derived from the registration fees of other sources provided for in this subdivision, as collected, shall be deposited by the State High Commission with the State Treasurer to the credit of a special fund designated as "The Old Age Assistance Fund," and shall be paid only on warrants or vouchers drawn by the State Comptroller on the Texas Old Age Assistance Fund as specifically set out in certain Act.
