HB 1040, 45th R.S.
Relating to making it unlawful for any person or persons to remain on the premises where employed for a period of more than three (3) hours after said employment has been terminated, and after notice in writing has been served by the employer or his authorized agent upon said person or persons, whose employment has been terminated, and prescribing a penalty therefor.
