Relating to universal hunting and fishing licenses applicable to the Counties of Mason, Menard, Kerr, Schleicher, Crockett, Sutton, Kimble, Real, Edwards, Blanco, Llano, Kendall, Gillespie, El Paso, Hudspeth, Culberson, Val Verde, Kinney, Maverick, Terrell, Brewster, and Harris, State of Texas; requiring a Resident Hunting License of any resident of this State hunting in said Counties, with certain exemptions.
