HB 383, 45th R.S.
Relating to requiring the licensing of all dogs in the State over six months of age and to further require that no license shall be issued until a certificate of a physician or licensed veterinarian shall be furnished the proper authorities showing that the dog to be licensed has been vaccinated with anti-rabies serum within thirty days of the date of application; providing a penalty.
