HB 421, 45th R.S.
Relating to defining and regulating the practice of professional engineering the State of Texas; defining as a misdemeanor certain acts committed after the first day of January, 1938; prescribing the penalties for such violations and that each day of such violation shall be a separate offense; providing for issuance within one (1) year after this Act becomes effective of certificates, on certain conditions, to residents of Texas practicing professional engineering in Texas at time this Act becomes effective.
