HB 661, 45th R.S.
Relating to declaring certain months closed to fishing in Jones and Shackelford Counties; providing means and methods of taking and possessing fish from the fresh waters of said Counties; prohibiting the sale of fish taken from fresh waters of said Counties; prescribing the bag limit that may be taken in any one day and declaring fish under certain sizes shall be returned to the water from which they were taken; fixing a penalty.
