HB 807, 45th R.S.
Relating to making it unlawful after January 1, 1938 to operate on any public highway or street in this State, any motor vehicle registered in this State, and manufactured or assembled after said date, unless such vehicle be equipped with safety glass, wherever glass is used in partitions, doors windows and windshields of such vehicle; and providing that violation of this Act shall constitute a misdemeanor, and prescribing the penalty therefor.
