Relating to aiding the Pease River Flood Control District, a State agency, in carrying out the purposes for which it was created by Senate Bill No. 62, Forty-fourth Legislature, First Called Session, including the acquiring of the lands, leases, easements and acquittances, rights-of-way, structures, buildings and equipment, and including the operation of structures, dams, reservoirs and canals, suitable, in so far as practicable, for the control of the flood waters of the Pease River watershed, declared to be a public calamity.
