Relating to fixing the salaries and compensation of County Commissioners in counties with a taxable valuation of not less than Forty Seven Million, One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($47,100,000) nor more than Forty Eight Million, One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($48,100,000) taxable valuation according to the valuation as shown on the County Tax Assessor's rolls for county purposes, and providing for payment of such salaries and the funds from which such salaries shall be paid.
