HB 953, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that every person, firm, partnership, association, corporation and/or any other association of two or more persons whether named herein or not who buys or offers to buy tomatoes from the growers and producers for the purpose of resale shall pay a uniform price for same grade and variety at all common shipping points; providing a penalty for violation of any provisions of this Act.
