Proposing to amend the Constitution of Texas by adding a new Section to be known as Section 30-b of Article XVI of the Constitution providing four (4) year terms of office for all Precinct, County and District offices, and providing that incumbents in office at the time of the adoption of this amendment shall hold for four year term instead of a two year term.
