Proposing to amend Article V of the Constitution of the State of Texas, by repealing the Sections creating and organizing the Supreme Court, the Court of Criminal Appeals, and the Courts of Civil Appeals of this State, and adopting new sections in lieu thereof, reorganizing the Supreme Court, and the court of Criminal Appeals; and abolishing the Courts of Civil Appeals.
