SB 17, 45th R.S.
Relating to making it lawful for any member of a duly organized state, county or municipal peace unit of the United States who enters into and continues within this State in close pursuit of a person in order to arrest him on ground that he has committed a felony in such other state to have the same authority to arrest and hold in custody such person, as similar authorities of this State have under the same circumstances.
