SB 173, 45th R.S.
Relating to making it unlawful to operate a freight train consisting of more than seventy (70) cars, exclusive of the caboose, over any railroad line or portion thereof in this State and making it unlawful to operate a passenger train consisting of more than fourteen 914) cars over any railroad line or portion thereof in this State; providing a penalty for a violation of this Act and providing however that this Act shall not apply in case of engine failures between terminals.
