SB 18, 45th R.S.
Relating to declaring it to be the duty of the Governor of this State to have arrested and delivered up to the executive authority of any other state of the United States any person charged in that state with treason, felony, or other high crime, who is found in this State; providing the title of this Act shall be the Uniform Criminal Extradition Act, establishing effective date of Act.
