SB 231, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that the Commissioner of the General Land Office or any person, corporation, assignee or leaseholder holding a contract with the State of Texas for the development of the oil and gas resources in State-owned islands, salt water lakes, bays, inlets, marches and reefs within tidewater limits, and that part of the Gulf of Mexico within the jurisdiction of Texas, is granted the right of eminent domain and condemnation as provided by the General Laws of this State for said purpose of securing necessary right of way and land for the development of minerals in such islands, salt water lakes, bays, inlets, marshes and reefs within tidewater limits, and that part of the Gulf of Mexico within the jurisdiction of Texas.
