Relating to authorizing judges of district and county courts to grant a severance in suits where two or more causes of action are combined in one suit, and authorizing such courts, in cases where the suit is prosecuted to final judgment, to enter separate final judgments so as to permit of appeal from one without affecting the status of the other or others.
