Relating to fixing the salaries of the Judges of the Supreme Court, Judges of the Court of Criminal Appeals, Judges of the Supreme Court Commission of Appeals, Judges of the Commission in aid of the Court of Criminal Appeals and the State's Attorney before the Court of Criminal Appeals, Judges of the Courts of Civil Appeals, and Judges of the District Courts, including Criminal District Courts of the State; providing for the support and maintenance of the Judiciary of the State of Texas for the two years beginning September 1, 1937 and ending August 31, 1939.
