Relating to making it unlawful after January first, nineteen hundred and thirty-eight, to operate on any public highway or street in this State, any motor vehicle registered in this State, and manufactured or assembled after said date, unless such vehicle be equipped with safety glass, wherever glass is used in partitions, doors, windows and windshields of such vehicle; and providing that violation of this Act shall constitute a misdemeanor, and prescribing a penalty therefor.
