SB 494, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that all bonds which have been heretofore issued and sold by all road districts in counties with a population of not less than twenty-five thousand three hundred forty-four (25,344) and not more than twenty-five thousand four hundred forty-four (25,444) people, according to the last preceding Federal Census, where the proceeds of the sale of bonds has been expended, in whole or in part, upon a highway which has, since the issuance and sale of said bonds, been temporarily or permanently designated as a part of the State Highway System, shall be entitled to participate in the State Highway Fund.
