SB 506, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that any city having a population of more than 150,000 and less than 200,000, as shown by the preceding Federal Census, shall have power and authority to amend its charter so as to extend its boundary limits, where the territory so annexed does not include any incorporated city, town or village having more than 5,000 inhabitants according the preceding Federal Census.
