Relating to making an appropriation of Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of any funds in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the State Tax Board to pay the expenses of the supervisory staff of the Statewide Tax Survey now being conducted in this State as a Work Progress Administration project.
