Relating to making a supplemental appropriation for the Department of Agriculture for the remainder of the fiscal year ending August 31, 1937, supplementing appropriation found in certain statute, covering the following items: furniture, fixtures, postage, printing, telephone, telegraph and contingent; equipment for the Weights and Measures Division; traveling expenses; and certain other necessary expenses.
