Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Texas by the adoption of a new section to be known as Section 67, which shall prohibit the levy, assessment and collection of State ad valorem taxes on real estate in Texas except for the purpose of paying Confederate Pensions as now authorized by the Constitution of Texas.
