Relating to amending certain statute relating to the obtaining of a transcript of the evidence in appeals or writs of error in forma pauperis from County and District courts, by providing for the compensation of the official Court Reporter by the county in which such case is tried, charging the expense of preparing such transcript as costs and providing for the reimbursement of such county, and limiting the use of such transcript to securing same.
