Relating to repealing certain statute for the purpose of abolishing the office of an Assistant District Attorney to represent the State in criminal prosecutions as provided for in said statute; providing that it shall be the duty of the District Attorney of the Ninth Judicial District of Texas to represent the State in all cases in the Special Ninth District Court of Montgomery, Polk and San Jacinto Counties, wherein the State of Texas is a party, and for the County Attorney to represent the State in said Court in their respective counties in such cases in certain contingencies.
