SB 19, 45th 1st C.S.
Relating to fixing the maximum rate of tax to be levied for school purposes in all independent school districts which include within their limits a city or town which according to the last Federal Census had a population of not less than four hundred (400) and not more than four hundred and fifty (450), and being a consolidated independent school district containing not less than ten original school districts, whether organized under General or Special Law.
