Relating to amending certain statute relating to purchase of lands for Big Bend State Park by clarifying and enlarging the description to remove the additional public school lands from sale and lease, and providing for the management of public donations by the Texas State Parks Board to acquire acreage within the area, and giving the Board the power to condemn such lands and use the public funds for the purchase of such lands for park purposes.
