HB 8, 45th 2nd C.S.
Relating to providing that in all cases of delinquent taxes for the year 1936 and all prior years where it appears that an assessment has been made at a valuation excessive and unreasonable the Commissioners Court shall be authorized to correct or reduce such values on the request of the tax collector.
