SB 12, 45th 2nd C.S.
Relating to providing that in counties having a population of not less than forty thousand nine hundred and five (40,905) and not more than forty-one thousand (41,000) according to the last preceding Federal Census, the County Judge may appoint a court stenographer to be called and known as the official County Court Reporter of the County Court.
