SB 2, 45th 2nd C.S.
Relating to authorizing cities or towns in this State of a population of not less than 15,100, or more than 15,250, according to the last preceding Federal Census, such cities having exclusive control of the schools within its limits, to hold elections for the purpose of applying bond monies already dedicated to public improvements to purposes other than those for which the bond election was authorized or to repurchase and cancel such bonds.
