Relating to increasing the criminal jurisdiction of the Seventy-sixth Judicial District Court of Morris County, transferring all criminal cases on the docket of the County Court to the docket of the District Court at the time of the passage of this Act, and to conform the jurisdiction of the County and Justice Courts of said County to such change.
