Relating to providing for preference of employment in all State Departments of this State of honorably discharged soldiers, sailors, nurses and marines of the Army and Navy of the United States in the late Spanish American and Philippine Insurrection Wars, in the China Relief Expedition, and the late World War of the Allied Nations.
