SB 459, 46th R.S.

Relating to authorizing the Commissioners' County of certain counties, to rent or let to any landowner any tractor, grader, machinery or equipment belonging to said County to be used exclusively upon land belonging to such owner situated in said County, in the construction of terraces, dikes and ditches for the purpose of said conservation and soil erosion prevention and for the purpose of constructing water tanks and reservoirs.
