Relating to making an appropriation to defray the equitable portion which the State of Texas should make available to the United States Government, or its agencies for completion of the water survey of the Rio Grande River and its watershed from Fort Quitman south to the mouth of the Rio Grande River; making an appropriation of Thirty Thousand ($30,000.00) Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary to aid and facilitate the work to be performed by the Red Bluff Water Power Control District.
