Relating to abolishing the positions of Executive Director and Chief Auditor of the Texas Old Age Assistance Commission, and abolishing all positions in connection with the local county administration of the Old Age Assistance Act; providing for a Chief Clerk of the Old Age Assistance Commission; providing that the local county administration of said Act shall be taken over by the County Judge and the Commissioners' Court of each county.
