SB 172, 47th R.S.
Relating to providing that the Commissioner's Courts in certain counties shall have the authority to direct, control, employ, and discharge all employees necessary for the operation of the courthouses in their counties, excepting certain employees directly engaged in the operation of the jails and safekeeping of prisoners; prescribing rules regarding such employees and limitations upon the amount of salary to be paid.
