Relating to taxes in Common and Independent School Districts; authorizing Districts to increase tax levies for debt service to One ($1.00) Dollar, in some instances, and total tax for maintenance and bonds to not more than One and 50/100 ($1.50) Dollars under the circumstances prescribed in this Act.
