SB 502, 47th R.S.
Relating to declaring the floods of Shackleford County to be a great public calamity; authorizing an adoption and grant to Shackleford County of one-half of the State ad valorem taxes collected in Shackleford County for any purpose permitted by and not inconsistent with the Constitution, including the construction of flood control works in said County, and the conservation and utilization of water.
